Returns Policy

We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return an item to us.

With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. Set forth below are our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return an item.

Non defective items - Products may be returned for replacement, exchange or refund if they are received by Wrigglepot within 14 days of shipment, AND they are returned in their unopened, original packaging, and are returned in brand new condition.

We endeavour to include all measurements, weights and age guides to assist you in selecting the right swaddle for you, and know you will understand we cannot accept returned swaddles that have been tried on or worn due to health and hygiene regulations.

Defective items - In general, products of any kind may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Wrigglepot within 30 days of shipment. For any product faults after this time please contact the manufacturer directly. 

Please email us louise@wrigglepot.com.au outlining the nature of the defect before you return anything to us. 

We will respond quickly and advise you of your next step.

Please note that return shipping will be reimbursed for damaged or defective goods only.
