Refund policy

We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances, you may need to return an item to us. With this in mind, we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. Please read our policy below for more information on our return process:

Non-Defective Items:

  • Products may be returned for replacement, exchange, or refund if they are received by Wrigglepot within 30 days of shipment, and they are returned in their unopened, original packaging, and in brand new condition.
  • For Returns, ALL postal costs, including the original cost for Wrigglepot to send the item, will be paid by the buyer on change of mind returns or returns where the error is made by the buyer.
  • For Exchanges, return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Either a prepaid postage bag should be included for the new item to be sent, or postage payment will be invoiced to the customer to be paid by direct deposit or PayPal.

Swaddle Returns:

  • We endeavor to include all measurements, weights, and age guides to assist you in selecting the right swaddle. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returned swaddles that have been tried on or worn.

Defective Items:

  • Products may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Wrigglepot within 30 days of shipment.
  • For any product faults after this time, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Please email us at louise@wrigglepot.com.au outlining the nature of the defect before you return anything to us. We will respond quickly and advise you of your next step.
  • Please note that return shipping will be reimbursed for damaged or defective goods only.

To initiate a return, please send an email to louise@wrigglepot.com.au detailing the item you wish to return. Alternatively, you can access our built-in return facility via your account login.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
