Shipping Policy 

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to inform you that some delays in shipping and delivery may occur. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.

  1. No 1 Day Express Guarantee:
    • Please note that our Express Post service may experience delays and may not be able to guarantee delivery within 1 business day. Rest assured, we will do our best to expedite your order and ensure timely delivery.
  1. Order Dispatch:
    • For orders placed before 11 am on Monday to Friday, we generally ship on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 11 am will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  1. Urgent Deliveries:
    • If you have an urgent delivery request, please call Louise at 0403 244 551. We will make every effort to prioritize your order.

Shipping Methods Available:

  • Click & Collect: If you're local, choose to collect your order from Wrigglepot (in Upper Caboolture QLD 4510) during our business hours (9.30 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday).
  • Free Pickup: For customers in the 4510 & 4509 postcodes, we may arrange free delivery to you. Contact Louise at 0403 244 551 to arrange pickup or delivery.

Shipping Options:

  1. FREE Shipping on Orders over $150 (Receipted Post Australia Wide)*:
    • Spend $150 or more on products, and we offer free shipping within Australia by Receipted Post. Please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery by Australia Post eParcel Receipted Post after dispatch.
  1. Flat Rate Shipping Within Australia $10.60 (Receipted Post)*:
    • For orders under $150, we provide flat-rate shipping within Australia by Receipted Post. Please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery by Australia Post eParcel Receipted Post after dispatch.
  1. Express Post within Australia:
    • Australia Post Express Post is available for all orders. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and Australia Post's network coverage.

Order Tracking:

  • For Receipted or Express Post shipments, you will receive progress emails from Australia Post eParcel with tracking information and up-to-date delivery progress. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact Louise at Wrigglepot (email: louise@wrigglepot.com.au, phone: 0403 244 551).

Out of Stocks:

  • While we update our site's product availability frequently, there may be rare instances when another customer purchases the same item simultaneously. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and offer either a refund or an estimated delivery time frame if the item is available for reorder.
